Our Spring Minor Mite / Mite House hockey program is an 8-week program geared towards our regular season Minor Mite and Mite House skaters who are not yet ready to make the jump to Spring Travel but want to continue playing hockey after the regular season. It consists of a weekly skills session during the week and a 3 vs. 3 game session on the weekends.
The Spring Mite house program is designed for boys and girls who are of the Minor Mite or Mite age (Birth years 2016 and younger).
This program begins April 4th and ends May 24th.
Skills sessions are held at Centennial Ice Rink in Wilmette, while games will be held at Centennial or North Shore Ice Arena (NSIA) in Northbrook.
Players will participate in one skills session per week, every Thursday from 5:10-6:10 p.m. at Centennial. They will not have a skate the week of the Wilmette Park District Ice Show.
Players will compete in 3 vs. 3 cross-ice or studio games.
Players will wear their reversible (blue and white) Wilmette Jr. Trevians hockey jersey from the regular season. If a player is new to the program, a reversible jersey will be provided to them as part of registration.
