Gear Exchange

Hockey gear can be a significant investment for families. Each year, the Wilmette Hockey Association hosts a gear exchange that coincides with the start of the fall season. We are looking for used hockey gear that is still in good condition, and offer it free of charge for those looking for new or replacement hockey gear. This is a great opportunity to find a new home for gear your child has outgrown and to help other club families.

For 2021/2022, we are accepting donations of gear the week of September 23rd at North Shore Ice Arena. It will be organized and offered during our annual gear exchange on Sunday August 29th, 2021.

For those who want to donate, we will be collecting any used hockey gear at North Shore Ice Arena on Thursday (8/26) and Friday (8/27) evening, or Saturday (8/28) morning this week during travel team conditioning practices and tryouts.

The Wilmette Jr. Trevians will be hosting its annual gear exchange on Sunday 29th, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Centennial Ice Rink. Come find used, but in good condition, gear for your player. This is great for new players to lessen the investment in new equipment or to help find new equipment if your player recently had a growth spurt!
